There are just a couple of brief announcements for you, so keep reading. One other thing, we are extremely excited to have the new 7th grade students join us on Sundays! It has been fun to spend time with those who have been here, and we are excited about meeting the rest of them. If you have questions about what is happening this summer, keep checking this website, and checking your mail. We have a lot of fun things planned for the summer! 1. We had to cancel the trip to Omaha for Urban Plunge due to the lack of interest. This means that we will have youth group on June 28th, so be there!
2. We are looking for ways to streamline information to everyone. So, we are looking for ways to make the websites something that is informative and easy to keep up to date. Stay tuned for any changes, and if you have any thoughts on what should happen here, please email Pastor D with your input.

Summer is closing in, and soon people will be traveling, going to camp, and going all over the place. The next couple of weeks might be the last normal ones for a while. We will have youth group on Sunday, so don’t miss out! On May 31st, we will be promoting the new 7th grade students to the group, and that means that the new freshmen (current 8th grade students) can start attending the high school group. If you have questions, let us know. Also, we put up some new pictures, so check them out!

YES! We do have youth group this week! We hope that we will see you this week. We know that there are graduations and graduation parties, but we will continue to meet for youth group for a while. The next planned Sunday off is at the end of June. Don’t forget to sign up for Urban Plunge! Seriously, you should go! If you or your parents have questions or concerns, please contact Pastor D.
We did update the website with some new pictures from the lock-in. A lot of them were really blurry. Sorry.

We will not have youth group on May 10th because its Mother’s day! So spend some time with your mom and show her that you love her! There is Sunday school that morning, so don’t miss out. We will resume youth group on May 17th. There are graduations and graduation open houses going on, but we’ll still get together to have a great time!

We just wanted to give you a few updates about what’s happening. Don’t forget that this Friday is the Jr. High Lock-In! It’s Friday night, 9pm to Saturday morning at 7am. The cost is $5, and you need to have permission form filled out. If you are bringing a friend, make sure you print out a form and give it to them.
We will have youth group on Sunday, May 3rd. Make sure you wear gym shoes so that you’re ready to run around and that you come ready to have a great time.

On Sunday, May 10th we will not be having youth group because it is Mother’s Day. Take the time to show your mom how much you love her and thank her for all the love she has shown you!

WELCOME BACK!!! After a week off because of Easter, we are back! We hope you had a great week. This Sunday we will meet at our usual time of 4:30-6:30 and we will have a blast! Come ready to have fun and ready to learn as well.

Next Sunday, April 26th, we will be holding our annual Jr. High Thing at our church (Harvest E-Free) with other jr. high youth groups in the area. It has always been a great time and one of the highlights of the year. We ask that you would bring a snack to share with everyone. We hope that you will be there! See you soon!

This week is a great week, it’s “Holy” week. For the youth group it means that there are different things going on. On Friday you can join us for our church’s Good Friday service at 7:00pm. Then on Easter Sunday, we will not be having youth group, so that we can all spend some time with our families. On April 19th we will have youth group at 4:30pm. We hope that you will be there. The school year is quickly coming to an end, and we will be scattered all around this summer, so let’s make the last several weeks before summer awesome!

It has been a while since we updated the website, but we have changed the look of the site so that both the high school group and jr. high group have the same look. It will also be easier to update on a regular basis. Each week on Tuesday we will update the site with pictures or information about events that are going on. If you have questions about what is happening, please contact us. Our desire is that this will be a great and easy way for us to communicate with you what is happening.

This Sunday, April 5th we will be having youth group at our normal time (4:30-6:30). The following Sunday, April 12th is Easter, so we will not be having youth group on that night so that we can spend time with our families. On April 26th, we will be having our annual Jr. High Thing with the other groups in town. It is always lots of fun, so don’t miss out.
