BLITZ is one of the most anticipated and highly attended events for Jr. High students in Iowa, and it is quickly approaching! Every fall 400+ students pack into school buses and are carted around the city for the most amazing traveling lock-in around!
The evening will begin at Valley Church with a Mega Rally where the POWER TEAM will perform. After the rally, we will board buses and go all over. there will be ice skating, bowling, roller skating as well as some time at a recreation center that includes a rock climbing wall and more.
BLITZ is November 13-14, and the cost is $45. This will cover all the activities and transportation. If you want to buy snacks along the way, you need to bring extra money. We will be meeting at the Harvest E-Free building at 6:15PM on November 13th, and we will be returning at 9:00AM on November 14th.
Detach and fill out the form to and turn it in with your money no later than Sunday, November 1st! We cannot take any late registrations. Checks should be made out to Harvest Evangelical Free Church.
Don’t keep this to yourself. Tell your friends so they can experience this amazing night with you! In fact, you can print off more forms HERE.
If you have any questions, please contact Pastor D.

This fall we will spend 10 weeks working our way through the the 10 Commandments. Today there are way too many people have no moral framework. Christians cheat, steal, cuss, drink and have sex outside of marriage just as much as the rest of the world.
Our goal is to help each student to understand the God is the creator and judge of what is morally right and point out how each of these commands impact our relationships with either God or other people.
We will be learning about each commandment on Sunday nights and then discussing them on Wednesday nights in our small groups. We are recording the lessons so you can hear them if you happen to miss youth group on Sunday, and you can download the “homework” for you small group study from this site as well. See You At The Pole is a student-initiated, student organized, and student-led event. That means this is all about students meeting at their school flagpole to pray—for their school, friends teachers, government, and their nation.
The way See You At The Pole works is that you will join other Christian students at your school’s flagpole at a designated time to pray together. Below is a list of start times for See You At The Pole for some of the local schools. If you have questions, please talk to D.
